Home Made Stir Fried Pea Sprout

Hong Kong food is dominated by Cantonese cuisine. Cantonese dishes are famous for its simple cooking and fresh ingredients. I am a Cantonese. Let me demonstrate how simple my cooking is. Home cooking is usually far more economic than eating out. Please see below.
